Martin has shown a keen and sharp level of interest to the project and his enthusiasm and creativity has been a big help in order to push the production forward. He has been a valued, vital asset to production and has shown strong skills. Martin is always engaged and willing to learn pushing his ability even further.
Showing an all round strength to the project Martin has respected and followed deadlines and objectives that I've asked of him.
